Welcome to my world!

If you are a fan of an amazing cruise in the Med, a luxury hotel in sunny Spain or a 5-star review restaurant in Portugal then I have the feeling that we will be best friends!


Who am I? Just a regular guy who loves to travel a lot... My all background is related to either aviation or tourism and some event management. What all these areas had offer me, was a set of skills which I developed, going from customer service to communication skills, to communication and time management ones.

I have been living between Portugal and the UK, allowing me to always to experience different sets of sensorial acquaintances.

Back in 2021, when I lost my airline job due to the pandemic, I quickly realized how much this industry is a fragile one. I would even say that travels and holidays were the one the first things to get restricted back in the days.

During this period and in one of my many lockdowns I had this idea which was to bring a different approach for holidaymakers when it comes to planning and enjoying their vacation! The whole world was changing why not go with the flow?!

So, after much research and endless hours online, I took the decision to approach Inteletravel UK and create my own home-based independent side hustle. Sounds so far so good, right? Well, it wasn't!

Covid-19 was still threatening around, and then the Russia war with Ukraine started in the beginning of 2022 and of course cherry on top of the cake an economic crash. So, I had to pause my hustle and keep going with my full-time jobs at the time.

Nowadays I am working for this exciting and amazing airline based in the UK, which if you want to know which one, you will need to ask me hahaha


Uff! Right, I made it to 2023! Right New Years, New beginnings kind of a thing and let’s restart the game!

With a lot of support, I decided to re-launch my side hustle and here it is Travel by Moniz.

COMPLAINT DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If you have a problem whilst on holiday, this must be reported to the relevant principal/supplier or their local supplier or agent immediately. If you fail to follow this procedure there will be less opportunity to investigate and rectify your complaint. The amount of compensation you may be entitled to may be reduced or you may not receive any at all, depending upon the circumstances. If you wish to complain when you return home, write to the principal/supplier. You will see the name and address plus contact details in any confirmation documents we send you. We will of course, assist you with this if you wish- please contact your InteleTravel agent and copy Customer Services at customerservice@inteletravel.com. If the matter cannot be resolved and it involves us or another ABTA Member, then you have the option to use ABTA's ADR scheme, approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute, see www.abta.com

Insurance

It is a condition of travel on our packages that all travelers are adequately covered by travel insurance before departure. Insurance should cover personal accident and medical expenses, evacuation and repatriation, baggage loss, and cancellation or curtailment of holiday in addition to the COVID-19 provisions below.  

You must purchase a specialist travel insurance policy which includes specific cover for Covid-19 related issues and incidents that may affect your package and, if necessary, travelling to a destination subject to an FCDO advisory against travel. It remains your responsibility to read and understand the insurance policy and ensure that it is suitable and adequate for your particular needs.
