If you have a problem whilst on holiday, this must be reported to the relevant principal/supplier or their local supplier or agent immediately. If you fail to follow this procedure there will be less opportunity to investigate and rectify your complaint. The amount of compensation you may be entitled to may be reduced or you may not receive any at all, depending upon the circumstances. If you wish to complain when you return home, write to the principal/supplier. You will see the name and address plus contact details in any confirmation documents we send you. It is a condition of travel on our packages that all travelers are adequately covered by travel insurance before departure. Insurance should cover personal accident and medical expenses, evacuation and repatriation, baggage loss, and cancellation or curtailment of holiday in addition to the COVID-19 provisions below.  

You must purchase a specialist travel insurance policy which includes specific cover for Covid-19 related issues and incidents that may affect your package and, if necessary, travelling to a destination subject to an FCDO advisory against travel.
